Find the account
Filter by industry, headcount, region, hiring pace and installed technology until the list looks like the customers you already closed.
We find the people who decide, corroborate the email, the dial and the role across sources, then keep the record current inside your CRM.

Launch targets for the first release, not audited figures. We will publish measured match rates once early access closes.
Teams pay for a database, a finder, an enrichment vendor and a sequencer — then spend the week reconciling them.
Stack filters until the result looks like your best accounts — industry, headcount, region, hiring pace, installed technology — then keep the segment as a saved view that refreshes itself.
Look someone up by name and company and see exactly what we could verify, source by source, rather than a confidence score with no working shown.
Lead rules break quietly when the fields underneath them are blank. We fill the gaps and keep them filled, inside the CRM you already run — Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Multichannel steps and prioritised task lists, with personalisation drawn from the same record you exported — never a second copy that quietly drifted out of date.
Enrich a web form, a lead router or an internal tool without an operator sitting in a UI copying fields between tabs. One endpoint, one honest answer per field.

Most data tools stop at the export. The work that decides whether your sequence lands happens after it.
Filter by industry, headcount, region, hiring pace and installed technology until the list looks like the customers you already closed.
We confirm the role, then test the work email and the direct dial. Anything we cannot corroborate is labelled, not quietly guessed.
→ what a disagreement looks likeFirmographic, role and stack attributes are written back so scoring, routing and reporting all read from one source.
Send the record to the right owner and into a sequence, carrying the research you need for a first line that's actually specific.
Every solution page ends with a form that reaches a person, not a queue.
Give reps a list they trust and dials that connect, so prospecting time goes into conversations rather than list hygiene.
For sales teams →Build audiences on attributes you can point at a source for, and personalise every first line from the same record.
For marketing →Fix the empty fields underneath your lead rules, then score and route on data that was checked this month.
For RevOps →No. We're in early access and completing company registration. The workspace opens to the access list in stages, and the form below is the fastest way to get a slot.
Public and licensed sources, corroborated across providers. When sources disagree, the field is marked unverified instead of averaged into a guess.
Coverage is strongest in North America and Western Europe at launch. Tell us your regions in the form and we will say plainly whether we can serve them.
Email hello@nexavouch.com and we will remove a person's record. The privacy page describes what we hold and for how long.
No. NexaVouch fills and refreshes records inside the CRM you already run, and pushes contacts into the sequences your team uses.
Tell us who you sell to. We'll tell you honestly whether our coverage fits before anyone talks about pricing.
NexaVouch is a B2B lead intelligence platform for revenue teams. It does four things usually sold as four separate subscriptions: finds companies matching your ideal customer profile, identifies the people inside them who make decisions, verifies how to reach those people, and keeps that information accurate inside the CRM you already use.
The difference is where we stop. Most contact databases sell volume and hand the accuracy problem back to you at export. We run six checks on every contact before it enters a sequence, and re-run all six before any record turns thirty days old. When two sources disagree about a phone number, we don't average them or take the more recent — we mark the field unverified and say so. A blank field costs a rep a few seconds. A plausible wrong number costs them a call, a follow-up, and their confidence in the whole list.
Every record carries a work email, a direct dial where one exists, a confirmed job title, and the date each was last checked. Sources are public and licensed, corroborated across providers rather than trusted individually.
You can see how many sources agreed on any given field, which means the data survives an audit — useful when marketing operations or legal asks where a list came from.
Lead scoring and routing rules fail quietly when the fields underneath them are empty. NexaVouch writes more than fifty firmographic, role and technology attributes back into Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Those attributes refresh on a rolling thirty-day cycle. Nothing to schedule, no CSV round-trip: scoring, routing and reporting all read from one record.
Build a segment by industry, headcount, region, hiring pace or installed technology, and save it as a view that refreshes itself as companies move in and out of the definition.
Push contacts into multichannel sequences drawing personalisation from the same record, so a first line references a real hiring signal rather than a merge field.
Skip the interface entirely and call the verification endpoint from your lead router, web form or internal tool. One request, one honest answer per field, including the ones we couldn't confirm.
Enrich a form submission before it reaches a rep, or re-check a record on your own schedule rather than ours.
Sales teams who need lists their reps will actually trust and dials that connect, so prospecting time goes into conversations rather than list hygiene.
Marketing teams building audiences on attributes they can point at a source for, and personalising at volume without inventing details.
Revenue operations trying to fix the empty fields underneath their lead rules before scoring anything on top of them.

Email, direct dial, role, headcount, technology stack and ownership are each tested before a contact can enter a sequence.
The maximum age of any record. Past that, all six checks re-run automatically and changes push to your CRM.
We report how many independent sources agreed, rather than a score you have no way to audit.
Database, finder, enrichment vendor and sequencer in a single tool, so there is nothing to reconcile at the end of the week.
